Thinai Idli Recipe | Foxtail Millet Idli Dosa Recipe

Thinai Idli or Foxtail Millet idli  is one of the healthy nutritious breakfast recipe which is good for diabetic and hypertensive patients. Thinai or Foxtail millet is rich in fiber and minerals and is also good for people of all ages. Here I have used idli rice with Thinai arisi or Foxtail Millet to give a soft texture.. It tastes just like the ordinary idli  but it will give you a feeling of fullness and also stops craving for food. Here the same batter can be used to make both idlis and dosas. Tastes well with Kadalai curry and curry leaves onion chutney.
