Traditional Appam Recipe - Homemade Appam without using Yeast - Easy Healthy Appam

Appam is my all time favorite dish which my mom makes every weekend. Appam tastes well with coconut milk and kurma. I usually like appam soaked in coconut milk. Here in this recipe I have not used yeast in this Appam recipe. The appam batter ferments naturally in hot climate as in Chennai. Appam goes well with Kadalai Curry.
