Nendran Banana Halwa

Ingredients for making Nendran Banana Halwa

Ripe banana - 3 nos.
Handful of cashews
Handful of raisins
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp.
Ghee - 1/2 cup

Method for making Nendran Banana Halwa

1. Peel the outer skin of the ripe nendran banana. Slice them and mash it either using mixer or with your hands.

2. In a kadai add ghee and fry the  dry fruits stir it till golden brown and remove on a plate and keep a side.

3. In the same kadai add the mashed ripe banana and stir it continuously add ghee little by little and stir well.

4. Now add sugar and cardamom powder and stir until it leaves the sides of the kadai and turns glossy.

5. Add roasted dry fruits and stir well. 

Serve hot Nendran Banana halwa to your loved ones with any spicy evening snack.
