Ingredients for making Coconut Dosa

Raw rice - 2 cups
Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
Urad dal - 1/3 cup
Salt to taste
Oil to make dosa

How to make Coconut dosa

1. Wash the rice and urad dal and then soak them together for 4 hours.

2. Drain the water and add the soaked dal and rice along with grated coconut and salt in a grinder to a fine paste. Add required water to get a a thin dosa batter consistency.

3. Heat the dosa tawa and pour a ladle full of dosa batter into a circle. Cover with a lid and once done flip and cook for 2 minutes.

Serve hot coconut dosa with chutney or sambar.
