Ingredients for making Sweet Bonda
Urad dal - 1 cup
Jaggery - 3/4 cup
Oil for frying.
Method for making Ullundu Sweet Bonda
1.Wash the urad dal and then soak this in water for 1 hour.
2. Mash the jaggery to a powdered form.
3. Drain the water and then grind the urad dal and jaggery in a mixer.
4. Make small balls of this batter and then deep fry this in oil till golden brown.
Now the Sweet Vella Bonda is ready.
